Ryan Stephens - President and CEO
 
Ryan Stephens Ryan Stephens, President and CEO of Perpetual Technologies is a former Oracle database administrator. Ryan co-founded the company alongside Ron Plew, joining industry best practices with a vision for unprecedented IT service excellence. Ryan has over 18 years of IT experience and is a published author of over a dozen IT books. He worked for five years as an adjunct professor for Indiana University, where he authored twenty database classes and taught over two-thousand students. Ryan has been nominated for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award twice, and was one of three finalists in the technology category in 2005.
   
Chris Zeis - VP and CTO  
Chris Zeis Chris Zeis, Vice President and CTO, brings over 23 years of technical and 14 years of management experience to the PTI team. Chris serves as the leader for the Federal division of PTI, and also works as an advisor for the Infrastructure services team. Chris previously served as the Program Manager within the Defense Finance and Accounting Service Technical Services staff, worked as an Oracle architect, and has been an instructor for various Oracle courses at IUPUI. In addition to this, Chris has co-authored several books covering various information technology topics, and most recently co-authored "Oracle 11g for Dummies". Chris has been active in the Indiana National Guard since 1987, and in 2009 performed a one-year tour of duty in Afghanistan.  
     
Angie Gleim - VP, Business Operations  
Angie Gleim Angie Gleim, who has a degree in Psychology from Indiana University, joined PTI in 2005 as a Business Development Consultant. In 2006 she was promoted to Business Development Manager and again in 2007 to Program Manager. July 2009 saw her promotion to her current position as Vice President of Business Operations, where she oversees the day to day functions for PTI‘s commercial division.  
     
Aleta Jeffress - Director of Federal Technical Services  
Aleta Jeffress Aleta Jeffress graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Public and Environmental Affairs, Management Concentration, and has attained both CISSP and PMP certifications. Aleta joined PTI in 2006 as a Technical Project Manager in the Federal Division. In 2008 she took over as Program Manager and is responsible for the daily management of a $30 million, 5-year primary contract with the Technical Services Organization, Corporate Services for DFAS. In 2010 Aleta was promoted to her current position as Director or Federal Technical Services and functions as the primary liaison for PTI between both government staff and subcontracting companies.  
     
Jo Wildermuth - Executive Director, Federal Systems  
Jo Wildermuth Jo Wildermuth has a BS in Industrial Engineering and a Doctorate in Business Administration. Jo joined PTI in 2008 as Executive Director of Federal Systems, where she is primary liaison for PTI on the Federal side of the business in Dayton OH. In her role she supports pre sales proposals, develops partnerships, and manages the company’s existing relationships. Jo holds the following industry certifications; CPIM - Princeton University (including JIT technology), Certified Advanced Facilitator CFA from Interaction Associates and ODI Facilitator Training, IBM’s WWPMM (World-Wide Program Management Methodology) based on PMI’s PMM. As an ERP systems expert Ms. Wildermuth has implemented Oracle 11i; SAP ERP; Control; Impressia and other packages.  
     
Leigh Zeis - Operations Manager  
Leigh Zeis Leigh Zeis, a graduate of Purdue University joined the PTI team in 2003. With over 15 years of management experience and a strong foundation in training and contracts, Leigh serves as the Operations Manager for PTI in charge of contract administration, federal contract compliance, invoicing, and various Human Resource activities as well as overseeing the administrative functions within the office.  
     
Ted Utley - Human Resource Manager  
Ted Utley Ted Utley graduated from Oakland City University with a degree in Management of Human Resources and joined PTI in 2006 as Human Resource Manager. Ted has over 26 years experience and a particular expertise in all aspects of Human Resource Management. Ted oversees the day to day policy decisions, manages the company’s 401k program, processes security clearance investigations and also serves as the Facility Security Officer for PTI. In addition Ted develops and implements the company ethics training and employee certification program.  
     
Ron Plew - Co-founder, Retired  
Ron Plew One of PTI's founding owners and board member, Ron Plew, made the decision to retire at the end of 2009.
